The space
A compact plan, everything within reach.
50 m² arranged so you can live, cook, work and rest without feeling cramped: the zones read clearly, and storage and appliances don’t fight the atmosphere.
The living room has a large table, a workspace, a sofa bed, 4K TV and a sound system. The bedroom, with a queen-size bed and wardrobe, keeps nights quiet; blackout curtains shut out the light when you want to sleep in. The apartment faces the sun — plenty of daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tableware.
The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, toiletries and hot water; the sauna / hammam sits next to it. A strong air conditioner and energy-efficient glazing keep you comfortable in the heat and quiet the street. For longer stays there is a washer and dryer — you can stay for weeks without leaving the rhythm of home.
