The data controller for this website is the individual host of Alta Hamam Residence, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

What this site does with data

The website is informational and used to request a booking. We do not take payments on the site, create user accounts, or run marketing email lists from this page.

When you send an enquiry via Telegram or WhatsApp, the message is composed in your browser and sent by you through that messenger. We do not store the enquiry form on our web server.

Data you provide

If you contact us about dates, you may share:

• name or how we should address you;
• phone number and/or Telegram username;
• intended check-in and check-out dates;
• number of guests;
• anything else you choose to include in the message.

Data collected automatically

When you load the site, technical data may be processed by our hosting and analytics providers:

• IP address;
• browser, device and operating-system information;
• language preference;
• pages viewed, referrer and approximate visit time;
• local language and cookie preferences — stored only in your browser; you can clear them in browser settings.

What we do not collect on this site

• passport or other government ID numbers;
• payment card or bank details;
• special-category data (health, beliefs, biometrics, etc.);
• data from children using the site on their own — the site is intended for adults booking a stay.

• to answer enquiries and confirm availability and price;
• to communicate before, during and after a stay;
• to enter into and perform a short-term rental arrangement;
• to operate the website securely and remember your settings;
• to understand anonymised traffic and improve the site.

• Yandex Maps — map widget, loaded when you reach the location block;
• Yandex Metrika — optional analytics after cookie consent;
• Microsoft Clarity — optional session recordings and heatmaps after cookie consent;
• Google Analytics — optional analytics (GA4) after cookie consent;
• spatial.webiii.nl — 360° tour, loaded after you press the button;
• Vercel — hosting and anonymised web analytics;
• Airbnb / Booking.com — if you book through those platforms, their own policies apply.

Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal data. We share data with others only when needed to fulfil a booking, operate the site, or comply with the law.

International transfers

The property is in Georgia. Hosting, messengers and analytics may process data in the EU, the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers (for example standard contractual clauses) or on necessity for the booking enquiry you initiate.

How long we keep data

• booking correspondence — only as long as needed to arrange and complete the stay and handle related questions, then deleted or anonymised;
• server and analytics logs — according to the provider’s short retention settings;
• browser preferences — until you clear them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• erase data or restrict processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive a copy of data you provided (data portability), where applicable;
